CHARGES FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING

S&H for continental US orders: $0.00 - $25= $5.95, $25 - $50 = $6.95, $50 - $75 = $7.95  (rates to AK, HI, PR slightly higher). Orders over $75 are shipped FREE to Continental US addresses...with no exclusions for bulk orders or heavy items.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY SCHEDULE

In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days of payment processing; back-orders within 14-21 days; and special-orders within 30 days. Delivery usually occurs within 4-6 business days from ship date.

We ship most orders via USPS first class, parcel post or priority mail service and so can ship to PO boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses. Larger parcels may be shipped via UPS. Overnight, express or expedited shipping services are not available at this time.

Most aerosols & some alcohol-based items may need be shipped by ground transportation. Expect additional delivery times for such items.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES 

If we are provided an incorrect address & a delivery is returned, the customer will be billed for return postage fees & re-shipping fees. If we are provided an incorrect address & a shipment is lost, the customer is responsible for the full order amount

OUT OF STOCK, PARTIAL SHIPMENTS & BACK ORDERS

If we are out-of-stock beyond 30 days, we will email you...and you can decide whether to wait or to cancel your order. If we make multiple shipments of your order, it is at our expense.

QUANTITY & ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to limit quantities & to refuse an order at our discretion.
