CHARGES FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING

S&H fees for orders to all 50 states: $0.00 - $22.50= $5.99, $22.51 - $45= $6.99, $45.01 - $67.50 = $7.99, $67.51 - $89.00 = $8.99. Orders over $89 are shipped FREE to All US addresses including Alaska & Hawaii...with no exclusions for bulk orders or weight limits for heavy items.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY SCHEDULE

In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days of payment processing; back-orders within 14-21 days; and special-orders within 30 days. Delivery usually occurs within 4-6 business days from ship date.

We ship most orders via USPS first class, parcel post or priority mail service and so can ship to PO boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses. Larger parcels may be shipped via UPS. Overnight, express or expedited shipping services are not available at this time.

Please Note: Sometimes things happen after we ship that are out of our hands (the post office losing shipments, items being damaged in transit, etc.), though rare, when these issues occur, we will do whatever we can to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES 

If we are provided an incorrect address & a shipment is returned to us, the customer will be billed for return postage fees & re-shipping fees. If we are provided an incorrect address & a shipment is lost, the customer is responsible for the full order amount.

OUT OF STOCK, PARTIAL SHIPMENTS & BACK ORDERS

If we are out-of-stock beyond 30 days, we will email you...and you can decide whether to wait or to cancel your order. If we make multiple shipments of your order, it is at our expense.

QUANTITY & ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to limit quantities & to refuse an order at our discretion.
